Monique came to us when she was 5 months old. She was a shy puppy that grew into a very loving and out going dog. She needed to be handled very gently during training time. She acted like she was afraid she might do it wrong so she needed a lot of encouragement and positives, which is true of many Bouviers.
By the time Monique was four years old we had six Bouviers. Monique was such a sensitive dog that she desired a lot of personal attention. That is why we regretfully let her go to a home in which she didn't need to compete for attention. This new home was on the shores of Lake Michigan with a family that also owns a son of hers. So Monique had her family and one other Bouvier for companionship. It was a hard decision to let her go but we felt it was best for her.
